These classes are caring, relaxed and nurturing, yet still active, and offer continuity of support throughout pregnancy. This can even continue into the Postnatal period, with Postnatal (Mums & Bubs) Yoga + Pilates and Baby Yoga classes also available in our studios.
If you have low back or pelvic pain or any other concerns you think may prevent you from doing yoga in pregnancy, contact Vicki. As a Specialist Physiotherapist and Certified Yoga Therapist, Vicki can adapt the class for anyone. (Numbers are kept small to allow for this.)
Classes may be claimable under Private Health Insurance with Physio cover.
