Baby Yoga and Massage - a gift for mum and baby
These are gentle ways to restore a mother’s body after the physical stress and mental exhaustion of childbirth. It can help to re-establish feelings of wellbeing, assist in reducing postnatal depression and restore tone and general fitness, all while strengthening the bond between mother and baby.
Good for babies.
Yoga poses and Massage can aid digestion and relieve colic. Soothing classes calm both mother and baby, and promote healthy exercise and sleep patterns. Growing up with yoga helps motor skills, and keeps young bodies connected to the flexibility babies are naturally born with. Equally importantly, there is need for social interactions for new mums and their babies. All these benefits and more are located at one place – Nurture Babies.
